Vernal ver·nal of, relating to, or occurring in the spring Vernal launches our spring season. As the weather warms and the blossoms fill the air, Vernal is a menu that evolves steadily, as nature's rebirth begins. The first ramps and morels pop through the crinkly leaves of the forest floor, awakening the flavors and ideas to come. The vibrancy of herbs and leafy greens merge with root vegetables, as we transition to Mid-spring, providing us the first asparagus and snappy sweet peas. It may be the happiest time of year as we turn our backs on the cold, dismal gray winter and embrace all the aromas and colors spring brings. This is Vernal. The menu is prepared vegetarian or vegan with the option for an oyster course. our current seasonal offering is $135.00 per person*
