After a year of research and development with our friends at San-J in Richmond, Virginia, Oyster Oyster is proud to introduce three unique, small-batch tamaris crafted to bring bold umami to your cooking.

We’ve created three double-brewed varieties—each with its own distinctive character:

• Kasha (Buckwheat) Tamari – Deep, earthy, and complex.

• Peanut Tamari – Rich, aromatic, and full-bodied.

• Tomato Tamari – Bright, savory, and full of natural sweetness.

Each special sauce is bottled in an 8oz bottle and sold individually or as a set of three.
